As a part of Innoflight’s qualification process, Thermal Vacuum and Cycling (TVAC) chambers have been utilized in order to verify our designs before their intended space use.  As of April 2019, Innoflight offers to its customers in-house TVAC testing at our headquarters in San Diego, CA. Some of the key specifications of our TVAC chamber include:

  • Temperature Range: -60°C to +90°C
  • Temperature Control Tolerance: ± 1°C at any steady state temperature condition
  • Vacuum Range: Site to 0 x 10-6 torr based on a clean, dry empty and outgassed system at room temperature, no timed rate to ultimate vacuum level.
  • 304 stainless steel vacuum chamber construction
  • Leak tested to 10-8 atmospheric cc’s per second of helium

In addition to TVAC testing, Innoflight also offers Random Vibration and EMI/EMC testing.
